Information on Feathering the Nest: Circles with children

To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor, including parenting, which is a complex mixture of arduous and uplifting. Adding spirituality and intention to your parenting is a rewarding way to connect with your children as well as staying centered during the inevitable challenges.  The event offerings below are my attempt to add depth to familial relationships, connect children with their intuition and mindfulness, and support caregivers on this incredible journey of parenting. Caring for yourself, nurturing your parenting skills, while connecting with your children = feathering the nest. You are building Relationship and Home.
